Kanha's habitat is noticeably different from Rajasthan's drier reserves — denser forest, and the chance to see the rare hard-ground barasingha deer alongside tigers.

Day 1
Arrive Kanha

Drive or transfer to Kanha National Park, the reserve widely said to have inspired Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book. Afternoon safari through its open sal and bamboo forest.
Day 2
Kanha Sightseeing

Further game drives across Kanha's different zones, home to tigers, the rare hard-ground barasingha deer (saved from near-extinction here), and some of Central India's richest birdlife.
Day 3
Kanha Sightseeing

A further game drive through Kanha's sal and bamboo forest, with time to visit the small park museum on the reserve's history and conservation work.
Day 4
Departure

Morning at leisure in Kanha before a private transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
