Golden Triangle with PushkarThe Golden Triangle with a short, easy extension to Pushkar, a lakeside pilgrimage town with a markedly different pace and atmosphere from Delhi, Agra or Jaipur.
Pushkar is one of the easiest worthwhile additions to a Golden Triangle trip — under three hours from Jaipur, and a genuinely different kind of place: quiet, spiritual and low-key after three busier cities.
Private airport pickup and transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, the rest of the day is free to rest, or we can arrange a gentle evening orientation drive past India Gate and the illuminated government buildings of Lutyens' Delhi.
Private drive from Delhi to Agra (approx. 3.5–4 hours). Afternoon visit to Agra Fort, with the Taj Mahal reserved for early the next morning when the light and the crowds are both at their best.
Drive from Agra to Jaipur (approx. 5–5.5 hours), with an optional stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital, roughly midway.
A full day of Jaipur's headline sights: Amber Fort in the morning light, then the City Palace, the Jantar Mantar observatory and a photo stop at Hawa Mahal.
Drive from Jaipur to Pushkar (approx. 2.5–3 hours), one of the shortest inter-city legs in any Rajasthan itinerary.
A relaxed day around the lake and bazaar — rooftop cafes, incense and marigold-garland stalls, and (season permitting) a walk up to the Savitri Temple hill for a wide view over the town and surrounding desert.
Morning at leisure in Pushkar before a private transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
